Tulasi Menon is a Senior Product Manager in Microsoft, working on Conversational AI. She is currently the primary product owner for the NLP based Cognitive service – “QnA Maker”. QnA Maker helps you easily create a conversational layer over your data (without any AI or developer expertise).  She has previously worked on Cortana, and was responsible for driving the personality & conversational pillar. She is passionate about the democratization of AI and the exciting future of conversational AI.
