Who is Praveen Srivatsa?

Praveen Srivatsa started his career with CITIL (now Oracle Financials) in 1994 and has worked at ADITI Technologies and Orbit-e Consulting. He started Asthrasoft in 2004 which offers consulting for implementing innovative solutions using the latest technologies. Starting out with SQL 4.2 and Oracle 7, he has architect-ed solutions around a variety of data and analytics platforms. He specializes in BigData, Analytics, Machine learning and Cognitive interfaces around very large streaming data sets.

Praveen is a technology enthusiast and has worked across technologies like .NET/Python, BizTalk, SharePoint, Azure, Google Cloud and AWS for large enterprise solutions. He presented a customer case study on moving a 100TB application from Oracle to SQL with real-time analytics at Microsoft TechED in Atlanta. He has been recognized as a Microsoft MVP from 2008-2013 and as a Microsoft Regional Director since 2000.

He has incubated StudiDesk an e-Learning platform and is a CTO for Bionic Yantra, a robotic healthcare startup. He is also on the technology advisory board of a few software companies.
