Who is Amit Banerjee?

He is a data professional with over a decade of experience in Relational Database Management Systems. He leads the Program Management for the SQL Server engineering team focusing on on-premise SQL Server database engine (Windows and Linux) and Azure SQL Database Edge.

His past experiences include Program Management for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (HADR), Data Movement and Performance for SQL Server, Azure Database for PostgreSQL and Azure Database for MySQL.

He is an active blogger, co-author of Pro SQL Server on Microsoft Azure and Professional SQL Server 2012: Internals and Troubleshooting.
