Data Platform Summit 2017 #DPS2017

Data Platform Summit 2017 #DPS2017

After successful completion of SQLServerGeeks Annual Summit 2016 last year, I was getting so many questions about the next conference in INDIA. Questions were like “Are you guys going to do this conference next year?”, “May I know the city name for the next annual conference?” and “This time I was unable to attend the conference but really wants to attend the next conference. May I know the next conference dates?”. People were so excited and my reply was “yes, we will do it next year and will let you know the conference dates soon.”

First of all I want to let you know that the name of SQL Server Geeks has been changed from SQLServerGeeks to DataPlatformGeeks to add more data technologies. After successful completion of the first two editions in 2015 and 2016, third edition of the annual conference has been announced with a new name, i.e. “Data Platform Summit 2017”. The conference officially announced by Manohar Punna (President – DataPlatformGeeks) on 26th January 2017 (More Details Here).

Data Platform Summit 2017, 16th – 19th August, 2017 at NIMHANS Convention Center, Bangalore, INDIA. Pre-Conference Seminars on 16 Aug.

The conference has been officially launched by the team during Data Platform Day (full day free training event) on 28th January, 2017 at Microsoft Campus, Bangalore in the presence of Shivir Chordia (Director, Microsoft India, MS Data Platform), Deepak Rajendran (Community Program Manager) and 200+ data professionals.

The official hashtag for this year’s annual conference is #DPS2017. You can post your questions on our Facebook page by mentioning #DPS2017.

You can see the happy faces after the launch of “Data Platform Summit 2017” at Data Platform Day:

Similar to the first and second edition of the annual conference, third edition of the annual conference price will increase every month. So it’s an opportunity for you to plan early and pay less. You can view the registration details by clicking here.
